Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle massage technique and deep relaxation.
A massage to activate our lymphatic system.
Our lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that helps the body
get rid of toxins, waste products and pathogens,
relief from blockages or edema.
Manual lymphatic drainage is a versatile method that can be used for various complaints such as
migraine, muscle and joint pain, skin problems, fluid retention and as support for stress and fatigue.
The massage is given in "blocks" of 20 minutes.
The opening ritual lasts 1 block and 1 or more blocks can be added as desired.
1 arm = 1 block / 1 leg = 1 block The entire body is therefore 5 blocks.
If you have a medical condition such as edema, first consult with your doctor whether this massage is suitable for you.
